Dumbbell Blast

I've been doing a lot of running, yoga, and Pure Barre, but this weekend I revisited weights at the gym. I left feeling great, so I had to share this easy-to-follow circuit workout from PopSugar Fitness:


When you try this out, make sure you're using enough weight to feel fatigued at the end of a 15 rep set. It's not meant to be easy!
