Don't live in Boston? Not to worry- there are locations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, and Washington, DC. SoulCycle is expanding their reach, so if they're not in your state yet, keep an eye out!
When you decide to give it a go, make sure to bring a big bottle of water and let the front desk know that you need to rent shoes (they clip in). Your first class is discounted and shoe rentals are free for first-timers! When you get to your reserved bike, ask for help setting it up. It's OK to be a beginner, and your class will be more effective (and fun) if you've got the right setup.
After class, drink lots of water and find something tasty. I bet you'll be hungry! I like to stop at SweetGreen for a salad, but if you're feeling naughty, pop over to Shake Shack for a yummy burger. You've earned it!
