How To Truss a Chicken

Yesterday I posted a recipe for roast chicken. If you got hung up on the step that said "truss the chicken," then this is for you.

Trussing a chicken (or any other bird) helps to ensure that the legs and wings are fastened against the body, preventing those smaller pieces from drying out. It's easy to do, and once you master it, you'll feel like a total cooking maven!
