Fish on Friday

I've been trying to incorporate more fish into our regular weeknight meal routine. It's light, healthy, and a nice departure from heavy meat dishes in the winter. Below is a roundup of some of my favorite fish recipes:

I made honey glazed salmon just the other night, and it was an excellent meal. We didn't have limes, so I swapped freshly squeeze grapefruit in for the lime juice, which gave it a surprisingly delicious twist.
